This intensive three week seminar will cover:

• Identify flavor profiles and aromas
• Profile varietals
• Investigate flavor interactions
• Study the food and wine rules and debate your personal preferences
• Create and savor a three course dinner based on your new food and wine knowledge

This educational 3 week seminar will replace the normally scheduled Wednesday wine tastings.
